Trip Day 2

The next morning we decided to do a half day at Hollywood Studios because the boys like Star Wars and we had never done any of those activities with them.
So apparently Lyft has a service where a "Minnie" van shows up and they even provide car seats. My overprotective side was appreciative.

Meanwhile James was super thrilled to have the whole third row to himself. No younger siblings to bother him!
Almost immediately J and H decided they had to have a create your own light saber as their souvenir.

They weren't allowed to open them all the way in the store but they were HUGE

Soon it was time for Jedi training

They both loved doing this

James's turn to fight Darth Vader

Now Harrison!

After they won their fight it was time to cool off

James was not thrilled to be waiting in this line

We checked out Toy Story land

Despite this face Harrison told me he really did like the ride lol.

It was a fun morning but honestly all of us just wanted to be relaxing at the hotel.  At one point Harrison looked at us and said, "I'm just really homesick for the hotel." We decided to call it a day and head back.

Ryan took this picture partly as a joke to remember this memory. We were close to missing the bus back (and I was bound and determined to catch it so we didn't have to pay for a ride back) so James and I SPRINTED full speed in the heat to the bus stop. Poor Harrison was coming as fast as his short legs could move and sweet Ryan continued at his normal leisurely pace. #memories

After all that we got to the hotel and sat down to eat lunch outside and relax

I love this picture of James because it captures his mood on this trip- he was SO happy!

Water basketball

Eventually we went to explore another pool area

The boys had the best time playing together while Ryan and I sat by the pool and watched. It is such a game changer when your kids are old enough to swim alone and when they play well together!

These two definitely have moments when they drive each other crazy but in general they get along and they did amazing together on the trip.

Another great day!
