James was all about hunting for eggs this year. The weather had been beautiful in Shreveport and then the weekend before Easter we got some rain and cold temperatures. We almost didn't even go to the church egg hunt because of the rain and mud but at the last minute decided to go for it. It turned out to be a great decision, because it wasn't crowded and James got lots of eggs! They had crafts, jump houses, lunch and fun favors. James loved it all!

That Monday we had our MOPS egg hunt. Contrary to what these pictures suggest it was not 20 below, but I was FREEZING. I think living here has made me so used to hot weather that I don't know what to do if the temperature starts dropping.
