After we celebrated Thanksgiving we were able to spend the rest of the weekend at the beach. We really love the Wilmington area, and it was nice to get to have a little mini-vacation before heading back to LA. Ryan and I even squeezed in a lunch date and a night at the movies. It was great not paying a babysitter!

James did NOT like the sand this time. Wouldn't hardly take a step when you put him on it! |

My mom and dad took JT for a stroll all the way to the end of the island. Funny thing is that he then decided he didn't want to ride back so Dad had to carry him all the way to the hotel. There is no way I could have done that as much as he weighs! |

Waiting to see the Christmas tree downtown. However it took so long we had to leave for our dinner reservation. Maybe next time... |

Ryan was excited about this random Megladon exhibit... yes it is a little bit dorky but I still love him. :) |

We ran out of clean clothes by the end of the trip so we got out the new Christmas pjs |

Time to leave for the airport |
|
Holding on during the train ride. FYI, always put the stroller lock on when you are on one of those things!!! |
On the way home the adventures in flying continued. Got to the airport- flight was delayed. Walking onto first flight and James threw up all over himself and myself. Nothing like smelling that for hours. 2nd flight a leaky diaper erupted. At this point the only clothes I had left for him in our carry-on was a pair of pajamas so he wore those with his tennis shoes. I on the other hand continued with the throw up- urine combo smell until we reached our house. Finally, home sweet home. :)
so cute! Looks like y'all had a great time!
