Air Show

We always loved going to the air show in Louisiana so I was excited to get to take the boys here. Ryan stayed behind with the babies and the big boys and I had a great morning together.

I could not believe it when H climbed up this thing, it was huge. I thought for sure he would be scared. Well sure enough a few minutes later here him came sliding down in the lap of a kind marine after he got stuck up at the top and refused to come down.
This was much more his thing

Budweiser horses!
This is the life flight helicopter that is based in New Bern.  Had it not been already being used by someone I would have been sent on it the day the babies were born. I have to admit I was thankful to be put on the ambulance instead- I hate flying. It was really interesting to talk to the people about all it can do.
Later that night after the air show I decided to let H stay up late and go to the grocery store with me. He was SO excited and insisted on wearing his rain boots.

April Misc

I have been so behind on blogging. Part of it is that life is crazy. Part of it is that my computer ran out of storage. Ryan ended up just getting me a new one because mine was super old but now that I have crossed over to the world of Mac I'm trying to figure out how to use it! Anyway, hopefully I can catch up!
This is the definition of bed head. The kid can wake up so grumpy after nap!

Not sure if they are liking this new bath tub set up

Dinner at the Japanese steakhouse!
What's going on here?
Hey! There is another baby!
James informed me the baby wanted to watch tv with him

James made this sweet picture as part of the preschool fundraiser. I had to laugh when he said, "Mom, our family is bigger than anyone else!"
Kate playing dress up lol
I rarely ever hold these babies while they sleep. This day Kate needed some extra snuggles so I tried to stop and soak in the moment
An example of play time at our house...
I took this picture to remember the memory. My mom and I took the kids to the grill to eat dinner. There was no ramp downstairs for the stroller. The elevator wasn't big enough for all of us plus the double stroller. To say it was an experience is an understatement. The world was not built for moms with lots of young children!

Picnic at the park

She does not look amused that her daddy fixed her hair this day
First t-ball game of the season!

Tampa Zoo

Our final day in Florida we went to the Tampa Zoo.  I wasn't sure I could handle any more Legoland and Harrison likes animals so I thought the zoo would be a fun experience.  We had a very early flight so we ended up spending the night in a hotel that was close to the airport.

The zoo had a fun area with rides for small children

Harrison was terrified of the bumper boats
The train was more to his liking
Time for an icy treat- it was HOT!
They really do love each other

Love it when I catch these moments

Ready to go on the animal safari

Another picture from back home!

We were so tired that night that we ordered pizza to be delivered to the hotel
And used the luggage cart as a table
It was a great trip!
